Here are a couple vids of my Buddy Matt's blown 88 GT running 10.09 @ 139mph.... This car is one of the most impressive Fox's in the country IMO because he runs those times with a Tremec 5 speed, a home built H/C/I 306ci with a stock block, & an S trim. He doesnt even power shift either, but if he did his car wouldve already ran 9's...This car has never even seen a dyno....

Watch how hard he launches on the 500rwhp Torch red 03 Cobra....Sorry the vid quality isn't the best, but u get the picture....

That car has to be one of my favorites.

It more or less shows a perfect example of why fox bodies are great cars. Fast, clean, and one amazing street car.

His should be a great example of simple parts running great numbers!

Thats EXACTLY why I voted him for FOTY. Its clean as hell, extremely well done with the right tasteful mods and extremely quick. An all around perfect car in my opinion.

Makes sense. I've only made maybe 15 passes in my time. I ran a 12.24 with just my 331. I know I could hit a high 11 with practice. With my paxton and a proper tune and a better tranny I feel I could hit low 11's maybe 10's with suspension upgrades.

Weight savings helps alot too. The car weighs 3,050lbs in race trim (slicks, skinny's, rear seat & passenger seat removed) plus the tubular k member dropped some major poundage...

His AFR's are ported too & everything on the car is port matched even the headers, so all of this contributes to the way the car runs.... Driver mod means alot though like I said before. Listen to his shifts, they are damn good....

Nice! Do you know what injectors the car has? Bob Kurgan is also doing a mail order tune on my car.
