After it was all said and done, the total was just under $4500. The tranny and swap stuff was about $3200, the clutch was a little over $1000, and the rest was shipping and misc. parts.

Actually, she has brown hair. The blonde is just a trick of the light.
Black95GTS said:How are you gonna stop this thing? Do you plan on any brake upgrades? I know its not as fun to worry about brakes, but I was just wondering. I've been considering cobra brake upgrades recently to deal with my bolt-on stopping needs, I can't even imagine an 1800 horsepower monster...
Brakes aren't fun?!? I actually prefer talking brakes and chassis setup than motor. I think they're the more intimate beast. If your motor setup is a little off, you're down on power but can still make it to the checkered flag. If the chassis/brake setup is wrong, the car gets totaled and hopefully, if you're lucky, you live.
But anyways, I'm currently looking at 13" Stoptechs, 14" Alcons (ala stage 3 Roush), or a 14" Porsche setup (Big Reds). For the top speed runs, I'll have a dual parachute system as well.
