Not sure about the Volvo rad. If the inlet & outlet are in the right place it should work. I know a Ranger rad will work. And they are a lot more common in the JY than a turbo Volvo. Probably a lot cheaper new too.
i work in a jy and we have a volvo turbo i already got the intercooler but with the mounts and how nice they look together i was wondering why not just keep them together
