Ever since i have had my Vortech V2 S trim SQ installed in January, its amazing all the threads i see about the funky sounds with them. Whats up with that? Everybody describes such wierd sounds and they seem to change the longer they are on your car. I've heard people talking about the normal whistle, grinding, whirring, rattling. Mine just started to make a really really high pitched whine (the normal whistle is still there), but this one sounds like an old CRT TV when its on. Why do Vortech superchargers seem to be really noisy and make all sorts of odd sounds, but still work fine, Is that just the nature of all Centri's?

My KB BAP started making a real high pitched whine recently since I have no back seat it made it easy to hear. Sounds just like you describe.
