so whats the verdict? You get the new belt on and drive it? How many lbs are you getting? What is the SOTP meter reading?

rc i'v been running a 2.95 on my car since i put the blower on just a couple half dozen years ago lol it will make 15 lbs on my combo with the belt crazy tight , i run it pretty darn tight and get 12lbs and make boost sooner , you really need to go out and get wot more i think you might be surprised on how much you make up top.

I like the boost lower. The 8.5:1 compression and 185 heads are making it tough to see boost. I just ordered the 2/95 so I will get that on. Anyone know what size belt that should require?

Trying to get WOT but keep getting set backs. 2 weeks ago was the water neck leaking again. REinstalled Sat, and leaking even worse yesterday.

I put a post asking for tips on getting that sealed properly but nothing yet.

Thanks
RC

yeah you won't see as much boost as me but you will still be moving the same amount of air hense power, you should be making 500 at the wheels with your car and thats with a safe tune ,

I remember Eades was at 550 running rich with 42's. and the Snow kit. Im fine with high 400's and safe. If I can hit 500 with a safe tune that would be awesome.

After some reading, I may sell my Stage 2 Snow kit and get the AIS that Wes has..looks pretty neat.
