I got the alternator/bracket/tensioner out, got the vortech installed on its bracket in my room, injectors in, KAFPR in, and tahts about it. Heres my questions so far.

You must remove the relay next to the radiator b/c the bracket must be shortened and new holes drilled. Just remove the radiator cover and remove the two screws. There is also one screw in the center of the connector that must be loosened before pulling the plug.
The coolant temp sensor is attached to those two black hard coolant lines.
The pipe you must cut is the second picture, there is two pipes welded together. You ONLY CUT ONE. Just study the directions before you do it. The alternator is moved up and to the driver's side so that pipe will be in the way. Vortech includes a rubber hose that will bypass that metal tube you cut, so one of the rubber S lines will not be needed that connects to the firewall. The long included rubber hose that Vortech sends goes from the water pump to the firewall.
Moving the a/c lines on top of the frame is no biggie. Just wait until you position the blower before you move any of them. I had mine moved up to clear my big headers. Then I had to bend the front part of mine back down to clear the rear of my PowerPipe. So mine now go in an S shape along the fender.
Wait till you have to bend the A/C line near the radiator to clear the blower pulley. That is a PITA and I recommend you get someone to help you.
There is no reason to cap it. That one pipe you cut is just being bypassed. So you could totally remove it if you liked, but that would involve cutting it away from the other pipe. You will probably need to remove that whole assembly to cut that one pipe. Thats why they want you to remove the sensor's harness. It takes a 1 1/8" wrench to remove the two pipes from the lower intake.
Make sure you have like 3 feet of heater hose to bypass that one pipe. The Vortech kit includes this hose.
is there a special way to get the rad cover off? when i turn them screws they just spin or come right out. I got 2 out but still have a few left that wont
ok got the cover off, drilled new holes, cut a 1/2 in off the front but now it says to"Reroute the electricalfan and coolant overflow wiring underneath the fan relay processor bracket for belt clearence", what does that mean
