i have a 3g alt, march wp pulley, ps in stock location, smog pulley, stock crank pulley. NO ac, thats the only deleted item.

is there a way to run this? the smog pulley sits lower then the WP. i have read thread after thread after thread of this. i cannot figure out a way to route it without putting some halfass ac idler back on with the nasty ac plate too.

looking for some insight.. thanks.

nope. you have to either do that or move the power steering pump up.

how do i move it "up"?

is that from the fms kit? i forget what kit moves the ps up over stock position.

Yes the FMS kit moves it up, that is what you want....

it had been a long time since i looked for an ac delete, i thought i remembered right. im reading that its necessary for some to either a) use a 93 cobra wp pulley, b) use a 99-04 v6 ps pump pulley, or c) both.

i guess as the belt stretches it touches on top of the wp pulley. i can't get a wp pulley here in time, so i will use the fms kit and a v6 ps pulley for now. hope it atleast gets me rolling.
