Vortech Upgrade Questions

ANyone know the difference between the V3 Vortechs and the v-1 or v-2, and the T-Trim.

Also, is there a VOrtech that would get me more boost then the V-2 I currently have without changing anything but the head unit? In other words, is there a direct interchange, or would the brackets, etc have to be changed too?

V1, V2, V3 are their compressor models, with generally each one being more efficient than the previous model. You could send your V2 to Vortech for an upgrade to Si specifications. That puts you about 50 CFM shy of T-trim flow numbers. Check out this thread on Corral for info on the upgrade.

DUDE...Good link. My head was spinning after reading only the second page. Since that was over a year old, anyone know what the CURRENT pricing is on this upgrade?
