Vortech V3 Internal Oil Reservior Supercharger?

I think Procharger's are the same way? Maybe with the unit having the oil being self contained it will get hotter, but then again you have all that cool air going threw it also.

I have Vortech V3 on my 2007 Stang

I had the new V3 Vortech Supercharger installed on my 2007 Mustang, Let me say that Im really inpressed. I had Brenspeed in Pierceton Indiana install it. Now before I even had it installed my car had alot of performance extras. MSD coil packs, Ford Racing ceramic shorty headers, Pypes off Road X-pipe, SLP Loudmouth exhaust, 3.73. Gears, Ford racing/Hurst short throw shifter, Ford Racing Ported Heads, Spec 3 Clutch and Flywheel, One piece Aluminum Drive Shaft. Car Dynoed at 348 RWHP. After the V3 was installed along with a Snow Performance Meth kit, The car put down, 576RWHP. It looks and sounds great, so I would recommend this upgrade. This installed set me back $5800.

A self contained blower would be awesome. My V2 is fed from the engine oil and drains back to the pan. The pan is tapped....so if you ever needed to replace the pan, you would have to retap it.

Hey I know Brent and Dave over at Brenspeed, I used to hang out with them every so often back when I lived up there. Good people, and that's a sweet little shop. Brent has had some badass cars in there over the years, and owned a few sweet rides himself. Dave used to have a badass orange 4-eye coupe that I believe ran 10s at some point on a stock block, but last I heard he was talking about selling it. That was the first truly brutal Fox I ever rode in.
