Foxes are 15 years old, you have a whole internet to read about them. And really what are you going to see in a mag that you have not seen before. 306's, 331's, 347's.....boosted, n/a, or on juice. That is about 90% of your modded Fox's. People get tired of reading and looking at the same things........sorry.

Nothing but they are newer. I'm not taking a jab at fox bodies or their owners so dont take it defensively. That would be like a GM mag covering 3rd gen camaro's to high hell. They are trying to usher in a new enthusiest and people tuning with hand held tuners and lap tops are not to interested in looking at a carbed build or a old school efi setup. Times are not changing, they have done changed and as much as we all love our foxes they are not the "it" car for ford anymore. Sorry.

Thats fine. I understand also but these people have to cater to the masses and most people that own Foxes allready know damn near every tech aspect there is to know about them or they can be found online or in older issues rather easy. Sure it's not interesting to us what a 2010 Mustang can do with bolt ons and a tune, or how putting a certain suspension mod on them will affect it but the fact remains that with most magazines and popular automotive publications they stick to the stuff that is going to show something new.

If newly developed parts were flying off the shelf for Foxes I'm sure they would get covered but the fact remains that damn near every if not all performance parts for Foxes have been tested along the lines somewhere so why keep covering the same thing.

Now if say the great members at stangnet.com would like to try to put out a fox body based magazine that would be cool and I'm sure it would cater to a large group. If you or anyone else would like to do this I would love the idea of trying to help any way I could. If it isnt there but there is a market for it then why not try to take advantage of it.

I say Ford should start making cars that are FAST without Superchargers. There is no Replacement for Displacement, Everyone knows and understands this but Ford. I hate to say it, If you take a S/C off a lightning or termi, they are plain jane ordinary and chevy LS1-2-3 or whatever engines or Mopar hemi version powerplants minus the pork on N/A motors would most likely smoke'em. Whereas back in the day, 5.0's for the time were the fastest without S/C'ers or turbo's. In reality, back in the day, the only competition 5.0's had were Gran Nationals. Camaro's, firechickens and vettes were a joke. Ford should bring back that pride, instead of hovering over the 300HP mark for a decade now and always throwing a S/C on them with there newly designed porkier stang whereas our competition are in the 400HP-500HP range. The only way to compete is buy one of Fords specialty stangs with a S/C, Shelby, Roush, Saleen which start off in the $50-60 range. WTF!!!!
