Ask VT before you buy. Aftermarket cams can really do a number on emissions. Not saying that Stage 1 would for sure but it sure would suck to install them and find out you can't pass smog.

Well,

If you noticed I already have the Fox Lake 3 stage port job, one of the best port job on the market, but want to get a little more. the guys at VT feel I am pretty safe with their stage one, but was just curious if anyone ever got their car to pass with smog with changes in cams?.

Chef, if you do get the cams and take the smog test, please do a write up here. This is some very good info to have. I hope that you have a "friend" that can inspect your car in case something doesn't work out right.
