VT Stage II Cams - Dyno Tune ?'s

I'm looking at getting a pair of VT Stage II Cams, but have a couple of questions about the tuning.

I really don't know much about how a Dyno Tune works and was wondering if you need a chip to do this or if it is just a reflash of your computer. Any information about this would be great.

depends on the place. I know a lot of places have the tools and software to flash your car. Other places might tell you that you need a chip or flasher like the predator. Whatever you do see if the place that will tune it will give you a deal if you buy the chip from them. Most places will and you do need a tune with the stage 2's unless you like starting your car back up at every light
