So I've been looking for a new(cheap) set of tail-pipes for the fox, and have found both Walker[$35 per side] and Dynomax[$40 per side] pipes at around the same price. Are either of these "better".... in any way? Or are they essentially the same? Thanks in advance.
They are the same company I believe. I run Dynomax Ultra flow, Walker will sound more stockish, they have sound clips on their site(s) Either are good options
Dynomax is indeed manufactured by Walker. I've used Dynomax pipes on several occasions with no fitment issues.
The key difference is that the Walker brand is used for stock replacements while Dynomax is their performance brand. Any Walker pipe designed to fit a Mustang will be in the same diameter as the original exhaust.
Oh wow good to know - thanks guys. I hadn't realized they were both made by the same manufacture until you pointed it out. Ill definitely pay a little extra for the Dynomax then.
