Heres the Accumulator/Dryer I bought. http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductDetail.aspx?mfrcode=FAA&mfrpartnumber=55636&parttype=397&ptset=A

Heres the 0-ring kit. http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductList.aspx?parttype=2033&ptset=A&searchfor=A/C+O-Ring/Gasket+Kit

Remember these are for my 1991 Mustang so check your year to be sure they're the same.

Like I said in an earlier post. I recommend you install all the parts and then bring it to your local shop for the R-134 conversion and then have them charge it.

It designed for R-12 but if converted, meaning flushing the R-12 compatable oil out then adding the R-134 compatable oil and charging with R-134 then it'll work.

Not without a lot of equipemt like Jrichker mentioned in his thread. For the $130 just have a shop do it, you'll be happy you did.

I'm in the process of putting ac back in my car now.My a/c died like a year and a half ago. I just got a compressor for $30 and i'm getting the dryer for 35 bucks And my moms cousin thats a mech. is doing everything else for me. Only thing is that it keeps raining around here and i haven't been able to do it yet, should of had it done tuesday but it rained cats and dogs.

I have some bad news. My car has a coolant leak in the timing cover i think it is,had it for a while. One a month my car wuld say low coolant, but now if i have the ac on all the time like i have been doing it says it in 2 days. That sux, looks like i'll have to get that fixed and i don't know how much it will cost. Bummer, now i won';t be running my ac no more till i fix that,or unless i'm at the drive thru during my work break in the hot sun.
