water pump?

who makes a good hi-volume water pump? and can someone explain what i would have to change if it is a "reverse" rotation? is reverse rotation better? thanks in advance.

302's with a serpentine belt spin the pump backwards (vs a V belted earlier stang). that is the reverse rotation thing - one is not better than the other unless the wrong one for the application is used.
