First of all that statement does not make anysense. It wont lower my temps but it will stop me from over heating ??? Also it says directly on the bottle that it WILL lower your cars operating temperatures. Yes my cooling system is functional, and i watch my coolant temp with my autometer gauge, and with datalogs from my ECT sensor with my TwEECer and there was not ONE degree of change.

i used it last summer in my cobra, and it did lower the temp down a bit(when it had been warming up more previously), and it keeps your temp very even and level. i also used it in my other stang, with stock thermo, and it helped it huge, the temps used to bounce around a bit, but they are steady now. it's worth the $9. i use it in all my other cars now too.

It helped with cooling in the Las Vegas heat... but I have not used it since.
