i was just up at the summit retail store and saw this spray (made by "stoner" i believe) for rubber moldings and plastic trim, etc. I had accidentally gotten wax on my molding so figured i'd try it, only $3.00! It worked AWESOME!!!!!

i saw before some people we're asking about something similar and lemme tell ya, this stuff worked pretty good. i dont think it gets the stain out but more/less just covers it up and makes it blend in better.

it's about time they came out with something like that. If you remember the name post it up. I would like to pick some up just in case.

I saw a thread on here somewhere where a dealer put wax on a guys' mach 1 spoiler. Someone told him to use peanut butter, and he came back on stangnet believe it or not and said that as much as he felt stupid while doing it, it worked.

Yea, that stuff just "covers-up" the wax. Wait until you wash the car a couple more times and all that spray wipes off, you'll see the wax again. To really get wax off mouldings use something like 3M's Wax, Silicone, & Tar Remover.

I read that peanut butter works well... I think it was a thread about wax on a chin spoiler.

TRIM SHINE by Stoners
It works great, but if you use too much it will run down in the rain.

Try Clearkotes Vanilla Moose Wax Glaze, it works just as good, does not run, and lasts longer.

Another option is Klasse All In One

Good Luck

that is true, the "trim shine" made by stoner does run ALOT down the side if you use too much. and it rains...since my car isnt int he rain all that much it took me awhile to see this. i tried peanut butter but it seemed like you could notice where you put it on the molding...like u'd have to do the entire strip in order to make it look halfway decent... or am i doing something wrong?
