This game kicks ass.

Any MUD fans, or DnD players... YOU HAVE TO GET THIS GAME.

(caution it may cause you to buy a new video card and monitor... )

it was a pretty expensive game though....

I went to get a better vid card for it, and you know how guys in a toy store are... I wound up leaving with a new motherboard, faster processor, more ram, bigger drive, etc... lol. Spent like 2 hours putting the new computer together before I could run the game.

(sigh)

I got galaxies. Which I like a lot. And I am going to be improving my computer. But not because of the game.

What video card you get. Mine works good with the game but is nearly outdated. asus v9570 (fx 5700)

Dont remember which number I finally got, (there were like 20 to choose from...). Not top of the line, but pretty good. It supports the next gen graphics and dual monitors and tv output and blah, blah, blah... , it seems to run pretty good. I like it... it was like 129.

I can't believe a game of this quality is FREE!
I tried it out, can't get past one of the special forces missions. It's made by actual soldiers so it's supposed to be as real as a game gets. If the game is that hard then I can probably forget about being special forces in real life!
