I'm running out of Ideas. 91 vert just doesn't stop well. You can stand on the brakes until the pedal or seatback nearly snaps and it won't even lock up a tire. The old pads and shoes looked OK (barely), now I've replaced:
> New rear drums / shoes / hardware (no leaks from read cyls).
> Front rotors / pads (calipers not leaking, but ????)
The master cyl holds pressure (doesn't sink the pedal), and you can feel the booster work when you start the car, and it hold vacuum after engine shut off. I even screwed the pushrod out another half-turn, no help.
The brake hoses are old, but no cracks.
Any thoughts on what to throw on next?
TIA....
