weak brakes???

i need some hlp. my brakes seem really weak but the pads are new also the rotors dont look like there being touched..??????

Contaminated brake fluid will do that. When was the last time you bled your brakes? If the fluid is black in the master cylinder reservoir it needs to be changed.

If these are your rear brakes, the calipers could simply be frozen. I would recommend bleeding the brakes and see how that goes first.
