So I have a 92 fox body totally built. Only thing stock is the block and it's been bored to hell. So I got some new heads from a friend, they're holley heads which I had never heard of. He told me the front intake bolt was stripped on the driver side head so I took the heads as soon as I got em to the machinist and had them plained, water tested, and he was supposed to fix the stripped bolt hole. Well he did the best he could and the sleeve he installed came out so I tried tapping the hole and threading it. I installed a bigger bolt to match the bolt and it was great for a while. Then yesterday I was doing some wicked awesome donuts and I started to smell coolant. And sure enough theres coolant coming from that bolt. Now here's my question. Do I try and re-do it with a new gasket? Possibly torque the bolt more? Tap it again with a slightly larger bolt? I'm at a loss. Somebody help!
