Weird electrical problem

When I start my car alot of the time my power windows and electric trunk release don't work. I shut the car off and restart it then they work. Does anybody know what can cause this, Thanks.

Do you have any aftermarket alarm?
Sounds like a bad ground somewhere?

No alarm. I haven't had the car that long, but so far I've noticed the the horn and the door locks don't work. The drivers side door has also been replaced. Where should the grounds be?

Were it me, I would check for power for those cicuits at the fuse box. If no go, check the terminals at the ignition switch.
