Ford Mustang S197 V8 GT 2005
Just a quick question. Im getting an error code (see attached). Just wondering if you could offer any advice on what this might relate to.
Symptoms on engine include:
Runs fine when cold. When it gets hot. Frequently when coming to a stop or idle in traffic the engine starts running like a dog, feels like a cylinder gives up, misfiring like. Becomes ok when offer a little rev. But then mostly when revs return to idle symptom returns. However, it's ok when car is in motion...
Hope you can offer a little insight on this. Perhaps you've seen this before.
When looking on net. I see things like a bad diode in the alternator perhaps and the crank shaft sensor noticing first? But that's a very uneducated insight lol. Also the alternator is working ok. Ages ago though, and only once I got a dash light saying Check charging.
