I need help from people who have a pretty good ides of how the 2.3 electrical system works. My car runs great most of the time. The check Engine light is always on because I removed my EGR and a couple other reasons...Which is besided the point. Sometimes, usually when the engine is hot,between 2000-3000 RPM the engine will momentarily cut out, kind of like a boost leakage. It will happen at all different levels of vacuum and never under boost. Here is where is gets tricky and scary, the car never dies all the way, but the check engine light will go off when it chokes, and come back on a few seconds later. This leads me to believe it is not a fuel or air problem like I first figured it was. It seems to me that it must be electrical. Any ideas?
