Weld-in Flowmasters vs. Catback System

you make your power by putting in higher flowing mufflers and taking out the cats.. I would get a cat back over weld in mufflers because you can do all the work at home..

I agree. Think about it, unless you can cut and weld yourself, you will need a shop to weld in mufflers for you. Whereas a bolt in cat back can be done pretty easy in your driveway with a couple jack stands and some hand tools. You will need a saw to cut the pipes to get them around the rear end unless you want to drop the rear.
But I think in the end you will end up paying the same for professionally installed weld ins as you would doing a catback by yourself. Plus, down the road from now you wont have to worry about buying a cat back if you are really heavy into modding. good luck :nice:

Let me get this strait.....your an expert because you took your car to a shop and built it with your VISA? I'm humbled.... And how does my sig make me look like an armature? Wow....now who's sounding like the punk kid. Can your daddy beat up my daddy too?

Why don't you just admit you were being a jerk-off about nothing, apologise to everyone on this post for your needless attitude and put an end to it? No harm, no foul.

Sorry to dissapoint you but I have a simple and effective drag set-up under my car.....other than the welding and gear install I did everything myself or with the help of friends. I have nothing against you or your sig......you went out of your way to attack me for my earlier post. I never directed a post to you before that. If you wanna play then "games on" :D
