Well, its time now for the 32v Swap. Now that i have enough cash i can get this thing going. But i wanted to talk Some Cost with you guys.

I have decided i wanna just buy a Used motor, use my current TKO-500 and Put it all in my SN95. I want to either a 99-01 Cobra Motor, 03-04 Mach Motor, or 03-04 Termi. Motor.

...But i have some questions. I am doing all the labor so that wont cost a thing. But what motor can i get the cheapest and where from? I wanna spend as little money possible on the motor that is the best priced.

...But where should i get the motor?...and what else do i need to buy for the swap....and what the cost gonna be on parts?

A 99/01 Cobra motor will probably be the cheapest, and easiest to install. A mach motor should be about the same, if not the same, to install but will most likely be more expensive.

You should just need the complete engine and full wiring harness. Not sure if you need a new computer, or if your stock one can be tuned.

Go with a Mach 1 or Terminator motor. That'd be your best bet

try to find a doner car, or go to a pick and pull. Your going to need a new ECU from what i've seen. Mach would be best, 99-01 cobra will be cheapest. Your rebuilding it or looking for a low milage block?

my vote goes here:

www.karkraft.com

I'd look at their 3V "Stallion" motor. Its brand new, has the same HP rating as the 05+GTs and has a stronger block for only $1995.

A used 03-04 S/C 4V is $8,500 with 4500 miles on it.

I didnt see any Mach 1 motors on their site, but give them a call and see if they can get you one.

id just get a set of really good 2v heads/cams combo. it would equal the gains of a 4v swap for half the price and headache.

Handz your 30 year old self is going to be hating your 20 year old self for wasting so much coin on a car.

Stop and think for a moment, that's all I ask...

nah, just high.

If you're looking for a low mileage engine, why not just get an explorer engine from Karkraft and save yourself a lot of aggravation. I think you just need to swap oil pans and exhaust manifolds, but that would be a snap while the engine it out. Then you get 99+ power with the added benefit of an aluminum block.

Didn't you say before that you have a 302 stroker in your car?

You're wasting your money either way. It's just a car dude, worry about the big power when you can actually afford that. Go to college, get a degree, then worry about spending the big bucks. Otherwise you'll have a supercharged 32v 96-98 mustang and a crappy job with nothing else to show for yourself...unless you're living off mommy and daddy. Either way, it's a waste of money for your life right now.
