It seems you're intent on getting a 4V, regardless of how much power your 2V can make. I'd say sell your car and buy a Cobra instead of the swap. It will be a LOT less work and probably cheaper as well.

how would it not? im sure he could sell it and get 6+ outta it... then he could find a good 96-98 cobra for around 8-10k, he will save 1-2k easily and have less headache

your gonna have to look local for a engine. try to find a donor car. that way you have harness and everything.

hit me up if ya have any questions.

I recommend the 01 motor mainly because it is reasonable and makes great power.

I did it. 4V FTW-just turned 20.

Best bet is karkraft check it out

http://www.karkraft.com/archive.htm

Also man if you arnt going turbo then why do you want a 4V . Get a 2V shortblock and 150 shot for 5K. Or get a used 3V form kar kraft

That's what I did, just bought a 96 cobra. Now I'm selling my 95. 4V feels so much better then my 5hoe does! 96-98 4V FTW B-heads love boost tiskid block =

Have fun with your 99+ hunt
