well i have some good news......

its been a little while since i have been on here.....i have some good news...i'm gonna have a baby.....my girlfriend is 3 months pregnant....we've come up with a few names....if its a boy its gonna be a junior in honor of my grandfather's.....i was named after them and i lost both within 1-1/2yrs.... Jimmy Don.....and if its a girl its going to be Josephine Marie....well now for some sad news....DHS informed me last week that within 6 months the kids are going to go live with their father....i'm trying to keep them until school is out....so they won't have to start over with friends, school, and subjects....i guess i've know all along this could happen.....also after the first of the year i'm gonna file for divorce....guess i'm been kind of busy (lazy) to do it....lol well thats whats been happening....so whats new with all of you????

Congrats on the baby thing...

Get the divorce finalized and focus on YOUR new family...not having to step in and fix someone elses crappy parenting.

I know the kids must feel like your kids since you have had them for what 1-2+ years now. You have done all you possibly could and it probably had a part in your marrige failing, that shows how willing you are to help . You were there in a part of thier lifes that is very important to developement...they may take the kids away to go back to there "parent" but they will never take the memories you gave them.

At least the new women in your life knows what kind of father you will be and you can go into the "baby" thing knowing your ready with someone who from what you have said is a better person that the one who left.

hey thanks....yeah it'll be sad about the kids...i'm trying my best to prepare myself for it, but i'm still having trouble with the father...my oldest is asthmatic and the past 2 visits he has come back and with it being cold its caused alittle trouble for him breathing....the first i had to take him to the hospital and found out that all day the father and his family smoked around him all day and the doctor said for him not to be around people who smoked...well i told shane to let his dad know this last visit and when they got back i asked if anyone smoked around them and they said "no".....well i got a call from school saying shane was having trouble breathing and when the princible asked him about it he told her that his family did smoke around him....and all they did was crack open the door...so on the next visit in 2 days with DHS i'm gonna let them know...well i'll keep in touch....
