long story short. i was following slow95gt, went around a curve, a guy was turning a trailor around in the middle of the road. me and slow95gt BOTH hit him and totalled our cars. wasnt our faults. the accident was ruled no fault and everyone was screwed. sorry this is so short im just not in the computer mood right now.

That's BS. If the dude was turning around in the middle of the street then he's as fault. End of story. An illegal turn is an illegal turn.

Call a lawyer that worth a crap... not the ambulance chasers from the yellow pages. They're only after a quick buck.

I'm guessing you only have liability on your car?

Word the wise folks... get full coverage. It doesn't cost that much more and it leaves your insurance company to do the suing instead of you.

Did you only have liability on the stang? If so that is a hard situation. The best you can do is part it out since you don't have any cash flow and buy a beater dd. Then save for the next one.....

You can carry his ass to small claims court- Here it's like $150 or so. You'll be representing yourself. You need to brush up on traffic law for GA

Also, I agree with Daggar. I've dealt with a few lawyers and some just won't do anything unless they make major money off of it. Keep trying.
