bk..slow95...if he was making a illegal U-turn and there was a street sign posted with no u turns then there fore it his is fault and you both should fight it...only thing they could get you for bk is uncured flowing distance..

no he was in blind curve. just bad timing for all parties. we slowed to about 40 or so before impact. we only had 150 feet from the time we saw him pull out to stop. and by the time we both realized what was going on thought about trying to go around him (we both tried) then realizing we had to stop we couldnt. we where running 50 - 60 ish. and everyone knows a stock brake fox body running 60 doesnt stop on a dime.

as stated above. lets not turn this into a well pissing match and point fingers. its over. this thread didnt get unlocked to try and figure a way out of it. there is none. please lets just take it. say a kind word for the lost 5.0 liters and move on.

all i can say is damn, man! that sucks so bad. Looks pretty bad, lucky you guys are ok! It's my worst fear as i also only have liability. I dont get how that COULDNT be seen as his fault. I'd be fighting this for sure.

it was locked because everyone kept saying "sue him/ yall where racing/ make him pay" i have had a stressed day and didnt want to argue and still dont. im working with the insurance companies to do what i can. and we where not racing. end of story.

not trying to be an ass here guys but i dont feel like argueing. just say nice little prayer or whatecer for the fallen 5.0 liters and stay safe.

$98 a month is cheap for a 16 year old. When I was 16, I paid $200 a month for basic liability on an '84 Tempo!

yeah..my parents driving record are the reason for that...0 tickets 0 wreches since they started driving.....

that's with the good drive discount and the GPA things being above a 3.5..of course..one ticket and my rates sky rocket...

id keep it and swap drive train to decent roller that way you have a car to drive.

Man dude I am sooooo sorry. I didn't even find out about this till tonight when Josh called me and asked if I needed vert parts, the first thing I asked was if he totalled his car and he was like **** happens. When he told me your car got totaled too my heart sank lol. I don't have any racing buddy's anymore

I tried to call you. I am out of town this weekend but the weekend after I can come down and help yall swap parts to Josh's 86 and we can get a car for him at the least.
