Yeah, 315's are pretty good. As for rubbing on the quad it depends, are you getting the deep lip (stupid question?). I had the 10.5" with 315 yoko's, but they were the standard lip. Rubbed like crazy on the quad and would actually rub on the inner fender going into a driveway at an angle. I dont think this would be a problem with the deep lip. Have you considered Torq-Thrust 2's? They make em in the charcoal finish and you can get 11" with custom back spacing to make that 335 work. just a thought.
I can tell you from experience that the 315 gsd3 fits very well on the 10.5 deep dish bullitt wheel. I shoved a 335 pilot sport on there and it was a serious biotch getting everything to clear the IRS. I made it work though. I used a 3/8" undy spacer, shaved the IRS bolt (it still hit it though when unloaded) and I had to roll the fender lip (I actually just cut it instead of rolling it).
I was lowered on the eibach pro kit and on big bumps it would still hit the fender with the 335's. I also had to finess the inner wheel well with a sledge hammer in a couple spots but it was worth it.
The 315 is a much easier tire to fit. In all honesty though, I think the contact patch was identical to the 315 because the 335 bowed since it was only a 10.5 wheel. A 11" wheel is ideal for a 335.
Any of the guys who saw my "stance" can verify that the 315's and 335's looked pretty sick.

Cool, mine were 10.5's and yes the 335's bowed and did not fit as good as the 315.
Keep this in mind as you go out on your search. The widest 315 on the market is the Goodyear GSD3. All tires are not the same width even though they say they are. My 315 GSD3 was 1.25 inches wider than my 315 Nitto 555R on the same 10.5 wheel. There is no 315 on the market wider than the GSD3, it is the ultimate 315. Plus it is hard as a rock, so you will burn right through any wheel hop you might have and the tread life is great. If it is traction you want though, this tire is kind of hard compared to others. It will last you a long time even with plenty of burn outs. Trust me on this one.

How long? I have 315 DR's on my rear now and getting close to replacing them after about 10k.

How would you say the wet traction is for everyday driving? More specifically how would you do at 60mph in standard NW rainy weather. Right now I'm slowing down 50mph or below on I-5 with my BFG DR and that sucks, but the dry traction is awesome.
