This morning I went in Thompson OH on the track , weather was kinda cloudy low 70s,so track was kinda bad
I run 5 time with the best
2.012 60ft
13.2@105
I tryed lowered air pressure in Nitto DRs to 14psi but didn't works it spinn doesn't metter what rpms I lanched
Don't forget I didn't tuned my car yes this is on 10* timing and 42psi fuel pressure and air fuel ratio is 13.8 at WOT (I tested on wide band sensor) and don't have pinging not any more

So with tune and some better tires I could get in deep 12s
This week I gonna order TwEECer RT so I can tened car my self and we will see what time I can run than

I have videos too but I have to put on server

BTW on way home I raced moded 04 EVO 8 from 75mph roll kill him realy bad and I have that on video too

Get that a/f ratio to 13.0 at WOT, and that will help some.

And traction is always good. You know how that goes.

But you are doing very well. Very respectable times!!!!

i would try 8 degrees or mroe fuel pressure if you can run it and still idle

BTW: great job, your car will get there and thats nice for your weight.

Thank you guys
I tryed 48psi with hose but same thing
Hey 17yrOldStanger I remember 15.1@89 first time on the track bone stock except flowmasters, than with bunch stuff 14.9@91, than Cobra intake 14.7@95 than BBK pulleys and FRP alu drive shaft 14.1@97 , than 13.8@101 with heads and cam on ****y track and last one 13.2@105 on better track
I know I could do better with 60ft if I had more time on this track
This is long way from 15.1@89 to 13.2@105 ,it took me 18 months to do that and 1000s of bucks
Have Convertible to race car is sucks to build because they are damn too heavy ,mine was 3750lbs race weight and 4015lbs street weight, lbut hey verts looks nice

That thing will come alive once you can run more timing in it. About 18* is what it will like. I'd expect close to 3mph with timing and dialing in the tune.

Don't you need a roll bar for your car to run that fast? At my track verts have to have a roll bar once they run under 13.5 which is one of the reasons I dont want to do a ton more to my car because I am not a huge fan of cages.

It depends on how strict the track is. Some are pretty lax, some not. Unfortunately mine is pretty strict. But you are right, anything 13.99 & under requires a few upgrades. A roll bar is just the begining if you have a vert.

On my track if you run faster than 13.99 you need helmet and if you runn faster than 11.99 you need roll bar , I don't know rules for verts ,buy I didn't have helmet and they didn't bother me because I mark in that little car on entrance that I have helmet
