Wet N20 System Questions

No I'm not going to ask the usual "how big a shot?" or refer to it as "NAASSSS." My questions are regarding the fuel system.

1. If the wet system supplies the additional fuel for the N20's added oxygen, do I still need to have injectors to handle the engines power while on the bottle? To simplify, if I have a 300 hp engine and add an additional 100 hp with a wet system, do I need injectors to handle 300 or 400 horse? The 300hp set right? I'm going to be running a separate tank/pump/filter for the system, idk if that makes a difference.

2. Do I have to worry about a box upper intake (that I'm making) pudding fuel? Does that usually happen with a certain power level? Should I fab up some "burst" plugs like I see some n20 set-ups using? Any other things to consider in the design?

Thanks to everyone who throws in their 2 cents. I only had a dry system in the past.

IMO a dry system would be better, never risk the puddling effect.

I dont know why you want a seperate fuel tank and pump for the nitrous. Ditch that idea it will just complicate your life.

If you run a wet kit with stock injectors, youll be ok. The fuel is added via fuel solenoid right next to the nitrous. Generally with a wet kit you dont need to worry too much about the intake puddling. Just to run a huge shot at low RPM.

BTW its N20 not N02. just to clarify.

Good luck dude, as much as people say nitrous isnt so bad. Its the only power adder i hear 75% of the time blowing up engines.
