other than the parts needed off my other engine for the 87 swap what else can be used? as you can see it comes with everything. 2000 explorer engine. 55k miles. is that a 3g or 6g alternator?
what all can i use off of this?

Not sure on the accessories but the engine is good if you switch the pan and oil pick up and get rid of that 90 degree bend between the upper and TB.
I'd say you can probably use it but i can't say which generation it is...sorry. It does look pretty new though.

Wow...with all that crap they added to it for the Explorer application, you almost wouldn't know it was a 5.0l!!
Unfortunatelt most of it is useless to you. You are basically only going to use the actual engine part. Everything else is getting stripped off and you'll need your Mustang parts
so no alternator swap?
