what are the best suspension upgrades?

i'm looking at trying to upgrade my suspension before i put a blower on my car. with the blower, i'm going to be putting out around 600-650HP (i think). right now, i just have springs and subframes but i'm guessing that i'll need to do a whole lot more to handle that kind of power. what else should i do so that i can race my car AND use it as a daily driver?

there is a seller on ebay selling Tokico kits brand new with the 5way adjustables for around $500 with the springs I would say that would be a good start as well as some stouter control arms.

what difference will control arms make?
which is a better inprovement? shocks/struts or control arms?
what's the advantage of a coil over conversion?

The stock control arms are stamped =prone to flexing, if you are gonna run that kinda HP I would reccomend boxed or tubular ones probably adjustable ones to boot. coil over conversion gives you a whole lot more adjustment. Your stock struts/shocks should hold up for a while IMO go with the control arms first then get the struts/shocks.

what about panhard bars, sway bars, etc? if i put on a strut tower brace, will these make a big additoinal difference in driveability?

how big of a difference do c/c plates really make, anyway?
