what are the cam followers and lash adjusters?

if your talking bout the mustang ,it dont have lash adjusters it uses hydrulic tappets to control lash which technically ur car dont have any lash

oh ok cuase i have heard alot of about those 2 things when mentioning like PI head swaps and stuff.
