What are the two sensors on a T5 tranny

"Sensors" are switches:

Neutral Safety Switch: closes when tranny is in neutral. Break connection between ignition switch "S" terminal and starter solenoid "S" terminal. Route wire from starter solenoid "S" terminal to one of the connector pins in the Neutral Safety Switch (either one). Route the remaining connector pin to the starter solenoid "S" terminal. In this manner the engine will only crank if the transmission is in neutral.

Back Up Light Switch: closes when the tranny is in reverse. Break present back up lights connection. Route wire from back up lights (black-red) to one pin of Back Up Light Switch connector (either one). Route remaining Back Up Lights Switch pin to the underdash connection for (black-red). This comes off the fuse block for accessories (radio and back up lights).

These two switches do the same thing the original C4 transmission (back up lights/neutral safety switch does the same thing and can be wired the same.) The above works fine on my '65 fastback with T5-Z.

Do you know which one is which, there is one on top and one near the middle of the tranny. Which one is the neutral safety? Don't really need the reverse light. Need the neutral safety for my remote start alarm.
