What brand 1.6 rockers are blue with F16 stamped on them?

I have some blue rockers and i'm trying to figure out what brand they are. They are Blue aluminum ped mount and on the top towards the valve side they have F16 stamped on them.

My old Omegas were blue, can't remember what was written on them though.
