Like above stated...I have been kind of looking over these heads, and wondering what emissions legal cam would work with the 165's to keep the car streetable...looking good idle with mild lope but good power down low..also what RR's to accomodate the cam and heads...God since I decided to convert to mass air my brain is really starting to turn about options I can do noW...GOD HELP MY WALLET.

I really want 300 at the wheels N/A, and in addition I like the thought of a 75 shot on demand. Ideally 165's with 1.6 RR's, maybe a mild cam, intake(my Typhoon), Pro-m75,24's,and simple bolt-ons, unfortunately I really don't know much about cam specs and there is no dyno anywhere close so tuning is no an option...tweecer is just not going to happen either cause it took me long enough to figure out how to post damn pics on here...lol. There must be some self cams that fit this combo...bringing items across the boarder gets expensive..curtis cam could end up costing 600-800$ after exhange and duties..a comp cam would only be 250-350$..I like to try to remember I am working with an understanding wife but I don't like to push to far

I just got my FTI cam Friday for $325...it is a really nice piece...I'm also getting the AFR 165's in tomorrow...and I told him about what all I want out of the combo...streetability for my daily driver with the ability to hit 110mph in the quarter ...I think its going to be a torque monster...oh and he can also set up that cam to react well to the nitrous...

By any chance is it his 219/224 112 cam? Very close to a Comp XE270HR-12 cam might want to consider that with 1.7s or TFS-1 seems to work well with a setup like yours.

Nope...those were the very basic ideas what I ordered but I asked more out of it...and it was made for 1.6 RR's...

I'll report back once I get it all in...I should start on the install in about 3-4 weeks...

If you're really trying to keep things streetable and lots of torque down low, consider, and you can get CompCams for a pretty good deal up there -- consider the XE264.

I ported a Cobra lower for a board memeber who had a 95 GT that used the Crower 15511 cam with AFR 165s, long tubes, 65mm TB and made 306RWHP/329RWTQ.
