You can swap:
Engine mounts
Bellhousing
Fuel pump
Water pump
Balancer
Pulleys
Starter
Flywheel/flexplate
Exhaust will physically swap onto the engine, HOWEVER...
Just because it was in your car on a 289/302, doesn't mean it will go back into your car on a 351w. Depends on alot of things.
The W is taller and wider. Your exhaust may not go back into the engine bay.
On the oil pan, you must use a 351w front sump pan for a passenger car.
I didn't go into the engine itself much, because there are so many little things that will/won't swap and I don't care to go on and on...
I will just note that you can use a 289/302 cam in a 351w, or vise-versa, but you must use the firing order of the cam, not the engine.
Example: A 351w cam in a 289 requires that you use a 351w firing order.
