What car is this timing cover from?

This guy is selling a 2V timing cover and I have been hunting down a 96-99 cover for months. Definitely a 2V with 3 bolt tensioner but the circle on the right side is throwing me off. What car/year is this from?

Are there any casting numbers? Are you looking for a Windsor or Romeo?

I am looking for the 96-99 cover which in the ford system is the exact same cover even though they were put on romeo and windsor engines. This cover will be going on a windsor block with romeo heads. Found out this is from a truck 2V since the grooved center section on the right side is for a grooved 8 rib idler pulley
