what cars came with the aluminum spares

was at the local pick and pull today and seen some 5 lug ones there but was wondering what cars came with the 4 lug aluminum spares...

SVO, Turbo coupe, and cobras all have aluminum spares. Mid 90s lincoln cont. had aluminun 16" spares that look like cast draglites. SVO and lincoln are 5 lug.Cobra and Turbo coupes are 4 lug.
