I have your exact setup, hp and all. I had bad luck with my Centerforce Dual Friction with Light Metal Disk so I won't recommend that. As long as you don't launch of slicks, it will hold up. Still in the process of pulling my tranny to see what is going on with it...

Do you plan on racing the car and/or launching on slicks?

Get the clutch I have. You can get it from www.nitrostangracing.com for $289. Its a blueprinted/modified motorsport HD pressure plate with a mcleod dual friction disk. Includes the t/o bearing too. Its modified to handle high rpm's and lots of power. Killer street clutch, not a hard hitting chatter box. Get an aluminum flywheel too.

It will be fine as long as its the correct balance. I prefer lighter flywheels to go faster and put less stress on the crankshaft.

Well, I can only tell you about two. Both my King Cobra clutch and my Spec stage 3 clutch never had a problem with well over 400 rwhp and about 500 rwtq. With the KC, though, i had a centerforce DF disk. The spec was a bit aggressive for the street. It really likes to yank the car into a roll. The difference in pedal effort was negligible. I'm 100% sure that a spec stage 2 will handle 400 rwhp too, and I'm sure that it's more streetable.

I would either go with what Grn92LX suggested or the Spec. The Spec's are grabby though.
