I was arguing with a buddy of mine last night about which rims to go with on my car. He said that because of my color, my only option would be chrome. Im not into chrome too much, and the only chrome ones i like are the 93 cobra rims but in chrome, they almost look too much for me.

Here are 2 blue ones around my same color, and i do like the rims on both cars, but my entire goal is to have something different than everyone as usual... ill probably be getting them in 17's or 18's if i can find the perfect 18" rim, but i havent had any luck so far... i will be doing the 5 lug swap before i get them probably, and just ride around on my ponys till then.

except he wants something diferent, and the last like 15 wheel posts have been about those rims lol

i think one day soon there will be 15 more picture threads with everyone showing them off and getting upset that they are not original anymore

ROH ZS Racing rims would look sick on that color

I do like those, and i do want to be a little different, but i guess i should state that i just dont want cobra R's for the most part. i have oe friend with the ROHs already, on his teal LX, and i like them alot, i should just convince him to sell me his and he can go buy new ones.

fr500's are hottness, I just bought 03 anniversary wheels for my 93 cobra im partial to those wheels. I like black wheels with polished lips

DAMN i like those too...

anyone feel like chopping the chrome FR500's onto the blue LX pictured above? if that looks right, i think ill end up with those... if not, i might start looking for some 10th wheels too.. but not in the same finish you have... damnit i wish my car was black now!!!!!!!

Sorry all I have is MS Paint :(

Me too... i appreciate the effort.. :nice:

I know this is going to be a bad question to ask, but what are the chances i could fit a 10.5" rim on the back of my fox? i think i figured out EXACTLY what i want... (if its possible) I want 17 x 9's fr500's in the front, and the 17 x 10.5" deep dish fr500s in the rear... whatcha think? i was told that i shouldnt go any bigger than a 17 x 8.5 in the front, but they dont offer these FR500's in anything smaller than a 9" i can get the 18's in a 10 inch for the rear, but not the 17's.. which is kinda wierd if you ask me...

you can fit 10.5 head on over to corral on the wheels/tires forum there are a few threads on how people have made them fit here are some pics for you. unfroutantly my hosting site is down had to use image shack :( these are pics I have collected over the years.

granted these are bullits but you get the idea of a 10.5 inch wheel

That is awesome man, thank you!!!!!!!!!! ... i was searching through the tech section here on it, and it was a mess to say the least.. i must have read through 50 different threads where people either "thought" it wouldnt fit, or "heard about someone that did fit it" and i couldnt find a straight answer... so now that i know its possible, ill go over there and check it out, then order the chrome fr500 17 x 9's for the front (since i cant find an 8.5" for the front) and 17 x 10.5 deep dish for the rears... oh man.. the mantal picture i have in my head is making me want to spend 5 minutes alone in the bathroom with a tissue. this is where i got the idea.. i dont like the car, but i think it would look pimp on mine.
