What size rotors are stock(front size and rear size) on a 2000 GT?

I would like to know if I can swap the front rotors to the rear since I have a Cobra Front Brake Kit and my rear rotors are shot.

I know that the stock fronts are vented and the stock rears are solid. Is the width any different?

I just checked my Haynes manual and it said that the stock front rotors are 1" wide and the stock rear rotors are .5" wide. So then, I don't think they will work.
