I'm looking at a Mach 1 for $27,500. Not sure if this price is to high or what. Did these cars come with different packages like the GT? I have a GT 2001 vert now, and wanted more HP.

The list on my car way $30105 with IUP...X-plan was $27700 then add the $3000 rebate $24700 then $200 to get under other dealers for $24500..no tax in NH so $24500 out the door...

The Basic Mach has only 2 options:

IUP which is around 300 bucks
Auto tranny which is $850ish

You should be able to get the 5 speed with IUP for around 25k and a few hundred more for the auto around the midwest.

What's the D-plan? Is that the discount, I was told it was $2500.

It is a certain percentage off the invoice price. You get it if you or a family member are an employee of Ford.

Its close to $3400.

29600-4000(03 ford rebate)=25600 - 3379= 22221.

That is what is on my bill of sale.

X plan is probably what you are thinking of. Those discounts are offered to big companies who have a deal set up with Ford.

You can get rebates from Ford and use D,A,X,Z-plan. I have done it twice. You have to just go there and ask what rebates are available. From there tell them you will be using x plan. They will pull the invoice and you will see the x-plan price. Then you take the rebate away from x plan price.

If the salesman says they don't do that its because they don't want to. Ask to talk to fleet sales or credit union sales. They are more volume sellers then one at a time.

I got my Azure Blue 04 5 Speed IUP for 20,000 with 500 miles on it Pre-owned. 2000 down and 380 payments, paying 450 though for quicker payoff.
