What diff gears?

Just wondering what would be the best ratio gears to get. I have a non-lockup AOD with a 2800 stall. I was thinking 4.10's but i've had people tell me 3.73's and 4.30's, so im not sure. Any help appreciated

I would go with the 4.10's

But your not telling us what we need to know to perscribe a good ratio for ya.
street driven?
highway at all?
plan on much track use?

dont forget that tire size also plays a bit of a role in ratio too... so your tires might help/reduce gear ratio.
