What do I do?!

Also a side note to yours: I have found out at least for me now mine would be a 'custom' piece and basically they would take a huge roll and cut it to match my bumper. Stock ones have the cutouts just like in the picture but if it isn't a GT/V6 bumper I doubt they will have an exact fit. Maybe Cobra but it might be a stretch.

im not exactly sure i follow. did Clearmask.com say this?

and dont you have the stock GT bumper too? The OP does as well.

Cams, theyre awesome! and like said you only live once as long as you feel safe enough financially affording them, then treat yourself! By the way what type of suspension and tire are you running? Your car definetly has high 12's in it the way it sits now, my car which is mostly stock just offroad x flowmasters 4.30 gears some underdrive pulleys, and some horrible suspension that is super stiff and only lowered the car probably hurt drag strip performance more then helped it, did 13.6 at 102 on street tires with a 4.30 gear at the track lol id definetly say you have 12's in your car now

go for the cams. you only live once, and who cares about rock chips... if you get your front end re-sprayed, it will only end up covered in rock chips again from driving. my last duty station was at luke afb in phoenix, az and due to the sand, my front end is COVERED in rock chips... but instead of getting that fixed, i dumped my money into performance mods and i am much happier now than i would have been if i fixed the cosmetic crap. it really boils down to what you want... do you want a car that you like to look at, and trailer every where you go (to avoid rock chips), or do you want to listen to your car lope and get the enjoyment of getting planted in your seat when your doing a 1st thru 4th pull. i guess its all in perspective...

That would be nice! I need to get down to the track. I just switched tires from my 295 BFG G-Force KDW2 to the 315 Falken RT-615. I would spin through second at the crappy track in TX with the BFGs. Best I had at the time was a 14.2 with the spinning, and crappy launch. That was before gears, pullies, headers.

Here's the current mods. It's a fancy list I know, because I copied and pasted from my main list I use to keep track of specifics :)

BBK Polished Ceramic 1-5/8" Longtube Headers
BBK Offroad H-Pipe
Magnaflow Standard Catback (2.5" with 3.5" Tail Pipes)
Dragon 75mm Plenum
Dragon 75mm Throttle Body
Steeda Cold Air Intake
Mach 1 Grille Delete and Chin Spoiler
Steeda Sport Springs (1.25" Drop)
Tokico HP Series Shocks and Struts
Steeda Aluminum 4-Bolt Caster-Camber Plates
Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter
Maximum Motorsports Full Length Subframe Connectors
Ford Racing 3.73 Gears
Steeda Underdrive Pulleys

I have MM LCA's in the closet I'm waiting to put on, along with the WB.

I definitely understand the reason to go the cam route instead of the cosmetic one. The only reason I would choose cosmetic is it's cheap, and it's something I had already wanted to do. A couple hundred, and then save the rest, or dump all $1500 into cams. If I had a little more cash I would choose cams in a heartbeat and not give 2 s**ts about the front bumper. It's still up in the air but I'll probably end up passing up on both ideas for now lol

I need to sell some of my tournament grade paintball stuff from when I was in the Army. Could probably make a good $700+ off that. I rarely play anymore.

Get some 26' mt for the track and you will never go wrong!! And i noticed you were in florida from your burnout video, Have you been to PBIR yet? its one of the nicest tracks in america (suppposedly) It is one of the only full concrete tracks from what i hear. And they usually do a really good prep job for test and tune.

Save your money. I have been putting off paying my $500 deductible to get my car repainted for various reasons. It has taken me 2 years but, I am now in a position where I can get it repainted in the spring. By the way, what did you do in the Army? What unit were you at Ft. Hood?

I used to spectate a lot when I had my old Mustang, while it was still Moroso. I went to PBIR about a month ago for a local meet but it was so damn crowded on a Weds T&T that I didn't even both trying to race.

I would like to though!

Yeah likely what I will do for now. I was a radio operator, got shafted due to colorblindness but it definitely worked out in my favorite. I got some great units that wouldn't have happened if I went infantry. At Ft. Hood I was with 504th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, 38th Cav LRS, the Ranger detachment over on West Fort Hood.
