What do I need to put a 2000+ V6 T5 into car?

I saw this tread a while back. I search for it and I didn't find it.

I saw there are a few 2000+ V6 T5 transmissions for ~ $400-$700 around my area.

What do I need to put this transmission into my car?
What do I need to retain my spedometer working?
Can I still use my Steeda Short Throw?
