I mean there are just so many options i just wanna know what u all think post pictures tell what u do and dont like. i really think this would help some people decide on different things.

but this is what i want and if u have any of it forsale let me in on some prices

as far as the body i want to put CDC side exhaust on it with a mach one chin spoiler and a cowl hood (just regular no cobra r or whatever) I have decided weather im keepin the spoiler or not i like it both ways jsut depends on what i like better and a set of black bullets 17" with deep dishes in the rear

suspension i want coil overs front and rear just the whole ten yards as far as everything goes all new upper and lower arms and stiffent he chasis and all that

Gears.. I love my gears. In fact, I just love it even more just now coming home from work. I let the clutch out without any gas at all in 1st gear. Usually with stock (3.27) gears, it will buck and shut down. But now with 4.10, it goes forward.. just like auto!

I don't know if 3.73 is doing the same thing as 4.10 though.

This question is kind of tricky because all the stuff that I put on my car.. are the best stuff for my car (IMO) to fufill my dream and excitment of my driving experience..

A few of your ideas contradict each other.

Catbacks generally don't do anything for power, but I have heard that side exhaust may cost you just a couple HP, except for one brand, but I forgot which one.

As for the suspension, decide on what you want to do with the car. Drag, autocross, or just plain looks. If you're not doing any real competition, replacing the springs, shocks, control arms, and adding subframe connectors will be just fine. I think more extreme setups would be a waste of $$$ for a plain street car, unless you push your car to 10/10ths on the street, in which case you need to shred your license and re-evalutate.

As for shorty headers, everything I've heard points to "don't bother." If you're going in there, go longtubes.

A supercharger and underdrive pulleys don't mix. You'll be underdriving the supercharger, meaning there will be about 3psi of boost.

Definate presence of a poweradder, go 3.73's.

Porting and polishing with aftermarket cams is a good thing on ANY car, the downsides only being cost and emissions concerns. You don't have to worry about losing much low end power, the gains will overshadow it, plus only the most extreme setups would make a car unstreetable.

Our engine's can't be bored. Okay, 020 or 030 over making our 281 a 283 or something, but no way in hell are you shaving it to a 302. Stroke, yes. If you want to bore you get an aluminum Cobra/Mach 1 block and get it re-sleeved.

4.30's, especially with power will require a 28" tire at the drag strip to prevent running out of 4th gear with the stock rev limiter. Speaking of which, do NOT touch the rev limiter on a stock bottom end unless you aren't worried about the possiblilty of blowing an engine.

Tsk tsk tsk :nonono: Patience with the clutch is needed, grasshopper. :D I've started 3rd gear with 3.27's. Okay, I used the throttle, but did not rev it above 1500. :D

ok i really dont know why i said bore but i did and thats my bad but i did mean stroke

and that thing about pullies i really didnt know that thanks

oh yeah as far as headers i mean do shorties do anything i mean i was just lookin at price and they look alot better than long tubes but i dont know

im not sure to stroke or supercharge which would be the bigger bang for the buck or what would u all say

Stroke + supercharge =

If you're going one or the other, a blower would be much better bang for the buck. A stroker engine would also be a built engine, so you would have a LOT more RPM's to play with, but you would need a nice set of heads/cams/intake/exhaust for that stroker to REALLY show what it's got.

Going with boost or nitrous always gives you more power per dollar.
